Shipping and Handling

We strive to process and prepare your fabric order for shipping within 24 hours (normal business days - Monday through Friday).  We ship USPS currently.

Holidays, weekends, or questions regarding your order may delay this processing schedule.

Our website will  calculate shipping fee upon checkout.

Block of the Month Policies

When you register for our block-of-the-month quilt programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.

Each program has a $25 non-refundable Start-Up Fee. This, not only, tells us that you are invested in the program, but helps us to cover the initial costs of the patterns and fabrics needed. It also allows us to offer you the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump-sum payment at the end for borders, binding, etc.

Cancellation:
We understand, however, that things happen. If something happens that causes you to need to cancel, please let us know right away! Should you need to cancel before the program is over, however, the Start-Up Fee is not refundable.

Quilters Workshop Class Policies

• ·         All fees are required at the time of registration.
• ·         Final class registration is required 1 week prior to the date of the class.
• ·         Classes have a 3-student minimum and 6 student maximun, unless otherwise indicated.
• ·         Refunds will only be made if the instructor cancels the class.
• ·         No babies, children or guests are permitted in class.
• ·         No photocopying of copyrighted material is permitted.
• ·         There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
